Role Summary:

As a Lead HVAC Installer/Duct Mechanic, you will be essential in delivering high-quality system and duct installations for our residential and light commercial clients. This position is ideal for a proactive professional dedicated to improving community comfort and energy efficiency through customized HVAC solutions.

Primary Tasks:

Efficiently install modern heating and cooling systems, including ductwork and indoor air quality upgrades, to the highest standards. Maintain all necessary professional certifications and ensure all projects pass official inspections. Adhere to company policies and safety protocols while keeping a clean and organized work environment. Provide professional service and build trust with customers through effective communication and listening.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in the installation of various HVAC equipment and ducting systems. Familiarity with communicating and inverter-based HVAC technology. Prior experience with light commercial projects is a definite advantage. A valid driver's license and a clean record for operating company vehicles. Superb communication skills with a focus on exceeding client expectations. Proficiency with hand and power tools for installing HVAC units, air quality systems, and ducting. Ability to foster strong client relationships through professional interaction. Capacity to explain and demonstrate new system operations to clients. Diligent documentation of all work performed via reports and digital records. Commitment to completing all assignments safely and in line with local codes. Knowledge of field service software or tablet-based reporting is preferred.
