Lead HVAC Installer -

$70,000 - $100,000/year + Bonuses & Commission Are your installs so clean they could be in a training manual? Air Docs Heating & Cooling is hiring a Lead Installer who knows how to take charge of the job, deliver top-tier workmanship, and lead by example. We're looking for a true pro — someone who treats every home like their own and thrives on doing the job right the first time.

What You'll Do:

Lead residential HVAC system change-outs and new installs Ensure every install meets code, looks clean, and performs perfectly Read and interpret blueprints, load calculations, and layout specs Manage helpers and communicate effectively with homeowners Handle quality control, final testing, and system walkthroughs

What You Bring:

5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Proven ability to lead a crew and complete full system installs High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship EPA certification (state license a plus) Strong knowledge of duct design, airflow, and code compliance Valid driver's license and clean driving record
