Job Description

Job Description Trade Management is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC systems while ensuring safe and efficient operation.
HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment and controls Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues Operate and maintain boilers, chillers, and related equipment Complete work orders and maintenance documentation
HVAC Technician Qualifications:
Journeyman HVAC License required 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems Knowledge of BAS and CMMS systems Valid driver's license required Must have basic hand tools Must understand Lockout/Tagout procedures Must be available for on-call assignments as needed
