What You'll Be Doing:
Perform expert service, maintenance, and troubleshooting on HVAC systems Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using advanced tools Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure long-term system performance Work directly with customers — communicate, educate, and problem-solve Maintain detailed service records and documentation Follow safety protocols and industry best practicesWhat We're Looking For:
2+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience Strong troubleshooting and repair skills EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred) Valid driver's license + clean driving record Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Excellent communication and customer service skills HVAC school or apprenticeship completion is a plusWhat You'll Get:
