HVAC Service Technician Southeast Heating and Cooling LLC - Buford, GAFull-Time Southeast Heating and Cooling is a growing, family-owned HVAC company based in Buford, Georgia, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We're not looking for someone who just wants to run calls and collect a paycheck. We want a technician who takes pride in their work, can properly diagnose HVAC systems, communicates well with homeowners, and wants to build a long-term career with a company that is continuing to grow. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems Perform HVAC maintenance and system evaluations Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical issues Clearly explain findings and repair options to homeowners Identify equipment or system issues that may require replacement Document service calls, recommendations, photos, and completed work Maintain a clean and professional appearance at customers' homes Provide excellent customer service from arrival through completion Represent Southeast Heating and Cooling professionally on every call What We're Looking For Previous residential HVAC service experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Understanding of refrigeration and electrical systems Ability to properly use HVAC diagnostic tools and test equipment EPA certification preferred Valid driver's license with a good driving record Good communication and customer-service skills Dependable, organized, and able to work independently Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet and service software Willingness to continue learning and improving technically Experience with Daikin, Goodman, Amana, Lennox, Trane, American Standard, Rheem, variable-speed systems, communicating equipment, zoning, and inverter technology is a plus.
