Job Summary:

We are representing a mobile facilities services opportunity that supports multiple commercial properties across an assigned territory. Our client is seeking a skilled technician who can deliver preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work while maintaining strong client service and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, air handlers, chillers, boilers, and related equipment. Troubleshoot and maintain electrical distribution systems, plumbing systems, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems. Complete assigned work orders using CMMS technology and support facility inspections and due diligence assessments. Travel between multiple client locations, manage assigned work independently, participate in on-call coverage, and communicate professionally with property management teams.

Required:

High school diploma or GED; technical training or trade school degree is preferred. Minimum 4 years of technical experience in commercial building engineering with a strong background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Universal EPA/CFC certification is required. Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Ability to work with

MEP/HVAC

system design and applications, lift up to 80 lbs, and work in various environmental conditions.
