Overview Responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems. Maintain the safe operation of highly complex systems and equipment.

Specific systems may include:

electronic/pneumatic environmental controls, fan powered boxes and auxiliary equipment (various pumps, heat exchangers, air compressors, etc.) chiller operations, BAS controls, pump operations, water treatment program, air handler units, VAV's, walk-in coolers and freezers, refrigerators, ice machines and boiler operations. Qualifications Education H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Work Experience 3 years of Maintenance Tech experience to include HVAC experience required. Experience may be substituted if graduate from a HVAC program. 1 year experience for systems that include BAS controls required•experience must include of commercial/healthcare

HVAC/HVAC BAS

experience or graduation from a BAS program. Licenses and Certifications EPA•Universal Certification required
