This is a hands-on, onsite role servicing residential and light commercial clients. Key Responsibilities Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems Diagnose system malfunctions and provide accurate solutions Perform routine preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and safety standards Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and recommendations Maintain accurate service records and documentation Operate company vehicle safely and maintain tools and equipment Participate in occasional weekend work and overtime as needed Qualifications Minimum 3 years of HVAC field experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently in the field Honest, dependable, and hard-working work ethic Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lift, climb, and work in various environmental conditions Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred Compensation & Benefits $25
