HVAC license not required We are a growing modular home manufacturing plant seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience and be dependable, safety-minded, and able to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities Install, assemble, and service HVAC systems in modular homes Read and interpret HVAC plans, drawings, and specifications Install ductwork, vents, registers, and HVAC components Troubleshoot and identify HVAC installation issues Ensure HVAC work is completed correctly and according to company standards Maintain a clean and safe work area Work cooperatively with other members of the production team Perform other HVAC-related duties as needed Requirements Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience HVAC license not required Must have a valid driver's license Must have reliable personal transportation Must be able to provide required employment eligibility documentation, including a Social Security card , as applicable Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has solid HVAC knowledge and experience, and wants to be part of a dependable production team. Experience working with modular, manufactured, or residential homes is a plus.
