Overview Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician $75,000-$110,000+ Earning Potential $30-$40/hour base pay + commissions $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Qualified Experienced Technicians Stellar Air is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
We're not looking for just another employee. We're looking for an experienced technician who knows residential HVAC, takes pride in doing the job right, communicates well with homeowners, and wants to be rewarded for good work. What We Offer $30-$40/hour based on experience Commission opportunities in addition to hourly pay $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified experienced technicians Take-home company truck Company fuel card Company cell phone Uniforms provided Health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation Paid holidays Annual bonus Paid training and opportunities for advancement Year-round work What We're Looking For The ideal candidate has strong residential HVAC service and diagnostic experience and can confidently troubleshoot: Heat pumps Air conditioners Gas furnaces Air handlers Electrical and control problems Refrigerant issues Airflow and comfort complaints EPA certification and a valid driver's license are required. You should be comfortable communicating directly with homeowners, explaining repair options clearly, completing service documentation, and recommending legitimate repairs or system replacement when appropriate. On-Call Participation in the company's rotating on-call schedule is required. The Person We're Looking For If you're already working for another HVAC company and doing well, that's okay. We're interested in talking with experienced technicians who want strong earning potential, good equipment, a professional company, and an opportunity to grow with us.
