Job Description

Job Summary and Qualifications Maintains, adjust, repairs, tests and operates all types of air conditioners, chillers, heating systems, hydronics systems, pneumatic air systems and Johnson Control systems. Works from prints, sketches, diagrams, handbooks, and manufactures instructions to localizes the disturbance systems and plan and executes replacement of worn or defective parts. Assist in training of other HVAC Technicians on preventive maintenance procedures, repairs, and all other duties. Provide information and technical input for the evaluation and purchasing of new equipment and the removal and or replacement of HVAC / Refrigeration equipment. Develop equipment preventive maintenance and repair procedures according to manufactures specifications Federal and State Laws. Requisitions replacement parts, maintains spare parts inventory, service manual library, and record keeping systems. Helps with filtration changes and ordering for the facility. Completes required paperwork accurately thoroughly and promptly. Documents all activities and work orders on TMA computer networking system. Performs all other duties / tasks assigned.
What qualifications you will need:
High School Graduate / GED 7 years' experience in the HVAC field or 2 years technical school in
HVAC EPA
Certificate HVAC Class 3 Unrestricted License preferred.
