As a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor, we specialize in high-quality installations of central, ductless/split, and window air conditioning systems, delivering professional, efficient, and minimally disruptive service to homes and businesses throughout Hawaii. We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Install new air conditioning systems, including central split/ductless, mini-split, and window units for residential and commercial properties Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance Handle refrigerant recovery, charging, and EPA-compliant procedures Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure proper installation and operation Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites with minimal disruption to customers Provide excellent customer service, explaining services and recommendations clearly Travel to job sites throughout Oahu (company vehicle provided where applicable) Collaborate with team members and affiliates for seamless repair/maintenance coordination Adhere to all local codes, safety standards (including OSHA), and company quality protocols

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, service, and/or repair (residential and/or commercial preferred) EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred) required Valid Hawaii driver's license and clean driving record Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, including Mitsubishi and similar high-efficiency brands Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50-75 lbs) and work in various conditions (attics, rooftops, tight spaces) Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional with a commitment to quality workmanship Hawaii experience preferred — must be comfortable navigating Oahu roads and job sites High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training/apprenticeship a plus
