Commercial HVAC Service Technician - Starting at $35/hr. (DOE) Bell Brothers | Full-Time | Great Benefits | Career Growth Bell Brothers is expanding our Commercial HVAC division, and we're looking for skilled, dependable Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team! What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system performance evaluations Communicate clearly with building managers, business owners, and internal teams Provide accurate recommendations and explain repair needs professionally Complete all service documentation, notes, and reports Ensure work meets company, industry, and safety standards What We're Looking For 4+ years of commercial HVAC service experience (required) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and manage daily schedule Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record EPA certification required; journeyman licensing a plus What We Offer Starting pay at $35/hr, higher DOE Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) Paid time off and paid holidays Company vehicle, fuel card, iPad/tablet, and uniforms provided Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities A stable, growing company with long-term career paths Who We Are We are a trusted leader in commercial HVAC services, known for quality work and exceptional customer care.
