Peterson Properties, Inc. is seeking a full-time, experienced apartment maintenance technician to join our team. We are looking for a dependable, skilled, and self-motivated maintenance professional who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-maintained community for our residents. The ideal candidate has several years of hands-on experience with troubleshooting, installing, and repairing HVAC units in a residential setting. A technician in this position would be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs in both occupied and vacant units including but not limited to: Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and address proactively Resolve/complete work orders in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service Troubleshooting and performing routine electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs General building maintenance including appliance repair, carpentry, painting and landscaping Perform preventive maintenance on tools, machines, and equipment Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean work area Assist with unit make readies Assist with maintaining grounds, including pools and snow removal Other related tasks as needed at surrounding properties also owned/managed by Peterson Properties Inc. Requirements:

Must have multiple years of verifiable experience in a similar maintenance position for multi-family housing. Compensation based on experience . EPA is required CPO is preferred, but not required Must have your own basic tools including a smartphone or IPAD Physical demands include constant walking, standing, climbing stairs/ladders and lifting up to 50lbs on a frequent basis. Time management skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize work Successfully complete background and drug screening Ability to work an "On Call" rotation - Additional BONUS Pay applies Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required

From $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
