What you'll do: Diagnose issues on aging HVAC systems, including the harder cases that take real troubleshooting Walk homeowners through what you find in plain language — what's wrong, what their options are, and what you'd do in their shoes Have direct, honest conversations about repair vs. replacement, without pressure in either direction Hand off to our System Engineers when a homeowner wants to explore replacement — you're not expected to close anything Perform maintenance, IAQ recommendations, and the other day-to-day work of keeping older systems running well
