This position is part of a mobile maintenance team responsible for supporting industrial and manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong HVAC technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional service and maintaining safe work practices. Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Travel to multiple client locations to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of HVAC and mechanical systems in industrial environments. Inspect, diagnose, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, air handlers, exhaust systems, split systems, package units, and associated controls. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control-related issues affecting HVAC system performance. Service and maintain refrigeration components, compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, motors, fans, and related equipment. Test and verify proper operation of HVAC systems using gauges, meters, and diagnostic tools. Perform equipment startups, system adjustments, and commissioning activities as required. Monitor and adjust building environmental conditions in support of manufacturing and operational requirements. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, control schematics, and equipment manuals. Complete service reports, maintenance records, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Identify equipment deficiencies and recommend corrective actions or capital improvements. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable safety regulations. Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), confined space, and other safety procedures as required. Maintain professional communication with clients, facility personnel, and management. Support emergency service calls, after-hours work, overtime, and on-call responsibilities as required. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a safe and professional manner. Qualifications Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational HVAC training preferred. Minimum of 5 years of HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting experience in industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or distribution environments.
