About the Role As a Field HVAC Specialist, you will ensure optimal climate control and system performance for our clients. You will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency by diagnosing complex mechanical issues and executing precise repairs on a variety of heating and cooling systems. Responsibilities Execute the installation, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of diverse HVAC/R systems to maximize equipment lifespan. Utilize advanced diagnostic instruments, such as Ohmmeters, to identify and resolve electrical or mechanical failures. Perform component replacements, including compressors, pumps, and motors, to restore system functionality. Conduct professional welding tasks to ensure the integrity of system installations and repairs. Deliver high-quality service by clearly explaining technical findings and repair options to clients. Support facility-wide property maintenance initiatives by ensuring all climate control infrastructure remains in peak condition. Manage safe transit to various job sites using company-provided vehicles. Qualifications Required Skills Demonstrated professional experience in HVAC maintenance or a similar technical field. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing refrigeration and mechanical equipment. Strong problem-solving capabilities with a high degree of attention to detail. Excellent verbal communication skills for effective client interaction. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with Chiller, Aaon, Laars, or Aerco equipment. Technical certification in HVAC/R technology. Working knowledge of plumbing techniques related to system installations. Experience with boiler operations and appliance repair.
