You'll inspect, clean, maintain, and make minor repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems so they run safely and efficiently. You'll diagnose issues, talk customers through what you found, answer their questions, and help them feel confident in the work. You'll also spot when a customer may need plumbing or electrical help and connect them with the right team. You'll work closely with other technicians, support quality control, keep clean records, and keep sharpening your skills through ongoing training. You have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. You can commute to Caldwell, ID 83605 or relocate before starting. You communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
