Overview:

Minuteman Services is looking for someone to help us install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems. There is ONE position available for this. We are looking for someone HUNGRY, HUMBLE, and SMART. Growth is required here. The leadership team is committed to creating growth both personally and professionally. We are looking for someone who has some experience in the trade already (3-10 yrs is perfect), and is committed to the trade for their career. If this is you, read more below :)

benefits : Paid holidays, Paid time off, Retirement plan The work: You will be installing and sometimes will need to maintain / fix heating and cooling systems in the local area. You will be working in customers homes and will be around their families providing solutions to their discomforts. Or, you will be in people's homes installing heating, cooling, duct, gas, and ventilation systems for other people in the community.
