This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee install operations , and ensure the highest standards of quality. As a manager, you will be responsible for managing the team of installers in our Meridian shop on a day to day basis. Duties Lead and supervise a team of HVAC installers. Coordinate scheduling of contracted jobs, ensuring timely response to customer needs across diverse property types. Perform walkthroughs and layouts in anticipation of scheduled installations. Oversee the daily installation of new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, and other mechanical equipment. Provide technical support to your team of installers in the field to timely and accurately diagnose equipment failures. Provide group and individualized training to your assigned team of installers Follow up and address any customer inquiries regarding installations. Experience Proven experience as an installers, with no less than 10 years of experience, with strong mechanical knowledge in HVAC/R diagnosis, repair and installation. Prior leadership experience managing employees. Familiarity with ServiceTitan is preferred. Valid driver's license, insurable with a clean driving record. Idaho HVAC Journeyman and EPA certification preferred, but not required. Compensation Average annual compensation is $185,000-$200,000. Includes base wage of $40/hour, plus quarterly performance bonuses based upon established company and personal performance metrics.
