Help guide and develop other installers and technicians Benefits Package 75% company-paid health insurance for employee 75% company-paid dental and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) with up to a 4% company match 6 paid holidays PTO based on experience Key Responsibilities Lead commercial HVAC ductwork installation projects from start to finish Coordinate and oversee daily job progress Maintain high standards for workmanship, quality, and efficiency Install commercial HVAC ductwork and related equipment Provide direction, support, and mentorship to installation team members Help ensure projects stay on schedule and meet project requirements Follow and promote all jobsite safety procedures and standards Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, coworkers, and project leadership Identify and address installation issues to keep projects moving efficiently Required Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in sheet metal and/or commercial ductwork installation Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC ductwork installation and fabrication Proven ability to lead others and maintain high-quality workmanship Ability to read and understand plans, specifications, and installation requirements Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving record EPA certification is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety, quality, and professional workmanship
