Job Overview Join One of Eastern Idaho's Growing HVAC Companies Big Foot Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections. Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, gas heating, and airflow issues. Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally with customers. Complete service documentation using company software. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance. Follow company quality standards and safety procedures. Participate in an on-call rotation as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred. EPA Universal Certification required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift up-to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops.
