HVAC Installation & Service Technician Senior Services Plus is hiring a full-time HVAC Installation & Service Technician to install, repair, replace, maintain, and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and water heaters.

Schedule:

Tuesday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM. No after-hours or on-call work.

Responsibilities:

Install, test, repair, and replace HVAC equipment. Diagnose system, airflow, temperature, and efficiency issues. Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, gas piping, venting, electrical components, thermostats, and drains. Prepare estimates and complete job documentation. Follow safety requirements, codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards. Communicate professionally with homeowners and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or

GED. HVAC

training or apprenticeship. 1-2 years of HVAC installation experience preferred. EPA 608 Universal Certification required. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Residential HVAC troubleshooting knowledge. Ability to read wiring diagrams and use HVAC tools. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

Lift and move up to 100 pounds. Work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, confined areas, and varying weather. Stand, bend, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
