HVAC Technician Job Description Join our team as an HVAC Technician, where you will engage in commercial and industrial service work on HVAC units. Your role will involve diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC units for various customers. We will provide a vehicle, parts, and specialty tools to ensure you have everything needed to complete your tasks efficiently. You will begin your day from home, taking the company truck with you, and your pay starts upon arrival at the first job site at 7 AM. Additional drive time compensation is provided for jobs located over an hour away. An on-call rotation is required once every six weeks, with service calls typically not extending beyond 8 PM. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC units. Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to customers. Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to company protocols. Participate in an on-call rotation every six weeks. Handle rooftop and indoor units, requiring comfort with heights and outdoor work. Essential Skills 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience. 3+ years of experience specifically in commercial and industrial refrigeration. Ability to operate basic hand and power tools. Epa Universal certification. Proficiency in HVAC system installation, service, and repair. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with new construction installs is a plus. Why Work Here?
