HVAC Manager Work Hours:
Monday thru Friday, with on-call and rotating weekends
Pay Scale:
Hourly pay + commission (6-figure earning potential) ; Commensurate with experience

HVAC Service Technician Position Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems.
HVAC Service Technician Job Duties Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair heating and cooling units Perform maintenance on heating and cooling equipment Analyze system for safety and efficiency Offer various solutions to heating, cooling, indoor air quality issues for residential and light commercial clients Communicate with customers regarding options and costs, obtaining approval for repairs/replacements Document services, explaining guarantees/warranties, collecting payment, and delivering payment to the office Train less-experienced technicians Promote service agreements Knowledge and offering of payment assistance through financing of service costs Additional duties as assigned
HVAC Service Technician Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years HVAC service experience Universal EPA Certification Service experience with hydronic systems, mini-split systems, Space-pak and Unico systems, roof-top units and traditional split systems Work with industry-related tools, materials and supplies including ductwork Ability to regularly move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to climb extension ladders to access roof-top units Detail oriented and customer service focused Strong listening and communication skills NATE Certification a plus Valid Driver's License with clean driving record Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Willingness and ability to learn, attend classes for professional advancement
