Compensation and Benefits Hourly pay:

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM start with a 1-hour lunch (overtime as needed) What You'll Do Install residential heating and air conditioning systems to high company standards Work with gas piping, refrigeration lines, ductwork, furnaces, heat pumps, and related equipment Perform system testing, air balancing, and proper startup procedures Maintain a clean and safe job site while delivering excellent customer service Represent the company professionally on every installation Requirements 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience Strong knowledge of gas pipe, refrigeration piping, duct systems, and sheet metal practices Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork If you're a skilled HVAC installer looking for year-round stability, competitive pay, solid benefits, and a company with over 50 years of integrity, Garber HeatingAir Conditioning may be the perfect fit for you.
