Job Summary Renaissance Electric & HVAC is looking for an experienced HVAC professional to join our team. We are seeking someone who can work independently with minimal supervision and has the ability to install, diagnose, and troubleshoot residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be reliable, professional, and able to take pride in quality workmanship while communicating well with customers and team members.

Responsibilities include:

Installing furnaces, air conditioners, coils, condensers, ductwork, thermostats, and related HVAC equipment Troubleshooting heating and cooling system issues Performing service calls, repairs, and system replacements Reading and understanding basic wiring diagrams and installation instructions Maintaining a clean and safe work area Communicating professionally with customers and coworkers Working independently and completing jobs efficiently

Requirements:

Prior HVAC installation and service experience required Ability to work with minimal supervision Must have basic hand tools Valid driver's license preferred EPA certification preferred Strong troubleshooting skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, basements, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions as needed

Pay:

$25.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
