Maintenance Technician- HVAC Shift available: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, on-call every 6th week National Management Resources has provided facilities management services for over 40 years. We work in educational settings, including K-12 facilities, boarding schools, colleges, and universities all over the country. We offer competitive wages. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of work in HVAC and general maintenance and repairs to buildings, facilities, and equipment.

Maintenance Technician- HVAC Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on HVAC units, troubleshoot, install, repair, and replace when needed. Repair and maintain buildings. Complete set-ups and tear down for scheduled campus activities. Perform general maintenance using basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, appliance repair, and electrical wiring. Operate and maintain tools used in the maintenance and repair of building facilities. Conduct HVAC inspections and change filters as needed. Perform on call duties as needed/assigned. Ensure environment is safe and working properly. Perform other duties as assigned.

Maintenance Technician- HVAC Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver's license Must have a valid Refrigerant License Lift up to 50 pounds Work from ladders Climb stairs Stand or walk for long periods of time. Stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. Work in an outdoor environment, with exposure to inclement weather and varying temperatures.

Minimum Work HVAC Experience:

HVAC/R Certification 3 years' experience in general maintenance 3 years' experience in one or more building trades Passing a Drug Screening and Background Check is required for employment.
