$35.00-$55.00 per hour (depending on experience) Service Plus Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We are seeking a technician who can work independently, accurately diagnose commercial HVAC systems, communicate professionally with customers, and take ownership of every service call from start to finish. What You'll Be Working On Our technicians service a wide variety of commercial equipment, including: Rooftop Units (RTUs) Split Systems Air Handlers Package Units Make-Up Air Units Exhaust Systems Unit Heaters Boilers Mini-Split Systems Economizers Commercial Controls & Thermostats You'll work with equipment from manufacturers such as Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Daikin, York, Reznor, Greenheck, AAON, and others. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance. Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, combustion, and control systems. Read wiring diagrams and understand sequences of operation. Complete digital service reports with photos and detailed recommendations. Communicate repair options clearly and professionally with customers. Identify equipment deficiencies and recommend long-term solutions. Represent Service Plus with professionalism, integrity, and a safety-first mindset. QualificationsRequired Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience. EPA Universal Certification. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong electrical troubleshooting skills. Strong refrigeration diagnostic abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Preferred Experience with commercial controls. Boiler experience. Startup and commissioning experience. ServiceTitan experience.
