Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented HVAC Installer to join our installation team. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical background, is comfortable working with residential heating and cooling systems, and can deliver a clean, professional installation experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, etc.). Follow company and manufacturer specifications to ensure quality, safe, and code-compliant installations. Work efficiently with an install partner or apprentice to complete jobs on schedule. Communicate with homeowners on system operation, warranty, and maintenance expectations. Protect customer property with mats, shoe covers, and thorough cleanup of work areas. Document job details accurately using ServiceTitan. Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in proper working order. Qualifications 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred (apprentice opportunities available for motivated candidates). EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required). Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, ductwork, and system start-up. Ability to read and interpret installation manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and various jobsite conditions.
