The Opportunity As a Residential HVAC Service Technician , you are more than someone who fixes equipment — you are a skilled problem solver and trusted advisor to homeowners.
You will:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and related HVAC equipment Perform system inspections and identify the root cause of equipment failures Complete repairs accurately, efficiently, and to company standards Educate homeowners on system condition, repair needs, efficiency, and available solutions Present clear, honest repair and replacement options without high-pressure tactics Perform maintenance and safety inspections when needed Document diagnoses and completed work with photos, notes, and detailed job reports Protect the customer's home and consistently deliver a five-star experience Maintain truck stock, tools, equipment, and job documentation Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and other field team members Identify opportunities for indoor air quality, system upgrades, memberships, and long-term solutions Track and improve individual performance metrics Our best service technicians are technically strong, organized, accountable, and take ownership of both their work and their income.
