Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer. EPA Certification required. Strong sheet metal fabrication and installation skills. Ability to troubleshoot basic HVAC and furnace issues. Must have own set of hand tools. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities:

Lead and complete residential HVAC installations with precision and compliance. Install new Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Mini Splits, Air Conditioners, and Ductwork Supervise and train installation crews, ensuring safety and high-quality workmanship. Read and interpret blueprints, diagnose issues, and verify system performance. Communicate with customers and contractors about project details and system operation. Maintain accurate job documentation and coordinate materials and schedules. Promote continuous improvement and uphold company standards on every job. Diagnose service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer's recommendations Excellent customer service abilities to resolve technical, logistical, and scheduling issues Support maintaining a clean and organized job site and company vehicle Participate in trainings and meetings for professional development
