AppleTree Staffing is seeking skilled and motivated HVAC/R Technicians to join our client in Louisville. In this role, a company vehicle and gas are provided. Your service region will be local ensuring you will be home promptly every night!

Your Role:

As an HVAC/R Technician, you will take the lead in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our valued commercial clients. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair refrigeration equipment including, but not limited to HVAC systems, walk-in coolers and freezers, ice machines, and reach-in coolers and freezers Take regular service calls across a designated region Complete service calls accurately and in a timely manner Obtain information that addresses or anticipates the equipment service needs of the venue. Select the appropriate actions to meet and exceed quality service levels for each venue. Communicates parts order(s) and repair status with customer and or branch office Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked Maintains service vehicles, tools, and uniforms consistent with company guidelines Meet on-call requirements Requirements 1+ years' experience as a Commercial or Industrial Service Technician, or relevant military service EPA certification CFESA certification would be a plus Ability to work independently Ability to communicate with customers to ensure their understanding of the work being performed Strong attention to detail Good driving record and a valid IN driver's license Basic computer and iPad skills High school diploma or equivalent Capable of lifting a minimum of 75 pounds If you meet these requirements, apply or call 317-887-0747 today!
