What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Perform heating and cooling maintenance and tune-ups Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC issues Communicate findings and repair options clearly to homeowners Perform system evaluations and identify potential issues Complete service calls professionally and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle Document work accurately through our HVAC software Provide an exceptional customer experience Represent Smell The Roses Heating & Air professionally in the community What We're Looking For Residential HVAC service experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to communicate comfortably with homeowners Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record EPA 608 certification preferred Someone who takes pride in their workmanship Someone who can work independently without being micromanaged Someone who understands that doing what's right for the customer comes first The Person We're Looking For We're less interested in finding someone who can simply turn a wrench. We're looking for someone who can walk into a customer's home, figure out what's actually happening, explain it in a way the homeowner understands, and make them feel like they made the right choice calling us.
