• Work with a trusted team of HVAC & plumbing experts About You This position primarily works in the residential change out market and performs installation, modification, and overhaul, of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories.

You will take accountability and have ownership to lead a high performing installation team Maintaining and/or repairing HVAC Systems in addition to installing is a plus! We're Looking For Leads:

Experienced Professional

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience with Journeyman Leader Mindset

• Committed to achieving shared success Candidate will work out of our Fort Wayne, IN office Requirements EPA Certification (required to be eligible for bonus), preferred.

Masters will pay for you to obtain one if you do not have one! High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
