Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM. Occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:

Complete residential retrofit and HVAC system replacement installations Install heating and cooling equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards Coordinate with installers, customers, and other trades to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized work area while delivering an outstanding customer experience Read installation drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure proper system installation

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record Minimum of 3 years of residential retrofit/changeout installation experience Previous experience leading installation projects preferred EPA Universal Certification required Allen County Journeyman License is a plus Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills Professional communication and strong customer service abilities Commitment to producing high-quality workmanship and continuous learning Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds High school diploma or GED
