Job Description
Lead Commercial HVACR Service Technician Marshall Mechanical is hiring an experienced Lead Commercial HVACR Technician. We are looking for a skilled professional with strong troubleshooting abilities, leadership experience, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Perform commercial HVACR maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot rooftop units, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment
- Replace motors, belts, filters, capacitors, and other components
- Assist senior technicians on larger service calls and projects
- Complete service documentation and maintain safety standards
- Provide professional customer service
Requirements:
- 3+ years commercial HVACR experience
- EPA Certification
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license
- Leadership experience preferred
