Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the HVAC department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians in daily tasks and projects
- Schedule and assign work orders to team members
- Inspect HVAC systems and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues
- Train new technicians on proper procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and maintenance activities Skills
- Proven track record in sales
- Proficiency in refrigeration, air conditioning, and mechanical systems
- Strong knowledge of HVAC tools and equipment including ohmmeters
- Ability to weld and build components as needed
- Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Prior experience in property maintenance or as an HVAC service technician
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$90,000.00- $120,000.
