HVAC Apprentice Technician Pay:
$18.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience, plus performance incentives
Hours:
7:00am - 4:00pm | Monday through Friday | occasional overtime as needed

Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled HVAC maintenance inspections, cleanings, and system evaluations Assist with servicing and repairing residential and light commercial heating and cooling equipment Discuss maintenance plans, repair recommendations, indoor air quality solutions, and replacement options with customers Deliver professional and courteous customer service Participate in hands-on training and learn industry best practices from experienced technicians Qualifications Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Previous customer service experience Experience in construction, HVAC, electrical, or a related trade is beneficial EPA certification is preferred but not required; training is available Ability to follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and lead technicians Comfortable using hand tools and power tools, including drills and saws Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure accurately High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds We do not accept application via email, phone or walk-ins.
