Responsibilities Assist senior HVAC technicians with service, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. Perform duct cleaning and related tasks to ensure optimal system performance and indoor air quality for clients. Observe and learn proper techniques for servicing HVAC equipment under the guidance of experienced team members. Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, representing the companys values and commitment to customer satisfaction. Follow instructions carefully and maintain a safe, organized work environment. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the HVAC trade.
