We want our technicians to educate customers, give them honest options, and help them make the best decision for their home. We aren't interested in sacrificing a customer's trust just to make a sale. You'll also: Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems Perform maintenance and system inspections Communicate repair and replacement recommendations clearly Document calls through ServiceTitan Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle Work closely with our office and HVAC team Participate in the on-call rotation Who We're Looking For Ideally, you have 2 + years of HVAC service experience and can confidently troubleshoot equipment without needing someone looking over your shoulder. EPA certification and a valid driver's license are required. But technical ability isn't everything to us. We're looking for someone who is dependable, honest, communicates well, treats customers with respect, and wants to be part of a team.
