Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues (heating, cooling, airflow) Perform routine maintenance and inspections Replace components such as motors, compressors, thermostats, etc. Communicate findings and repair options with customers Complete service documentation and invoices Maintain service vehicle and tools Ensure compliance with safety standards and EPA regulations Qualifications 3+ years HVAC service experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work independently Required Certifications EPA Certification Preferred Experience with residential service calls Strong customer service and communication skills
