Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems Follow all safety standards, codes, and company policies Provide clear communication to customers about system issues, solutions, and recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicle Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first attitude Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screen High school diploma or equivalent EPA Universal Certification (required) Minimum 1 year of HVAC experience Appropriate tools to perform HVAC service repairs Job Type Full-time, year-round work with flexible scheduling. Evening and weekend rotation required. Compensation $25-$50 per hour based on spiffs, performance pay, and bonuses.
