Responsibilities Lead residential HVAC installations Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and components Oversee installation quality and jobsite efficiency Train and mentor install assistants Ensure work meets code and company standards Requirements Minimum 2 years HVAC install experience Lead experience preferred EPA Certification Valid driver's license Polestar has proudly served the Kansas City area for over 40 years and continues to grow.
