Comfort Systems is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer / Foreman who can lead a crew, read blueprints, plan the work and still be hands-on with the installation. If you're the installer others rely on or have experience leading jobs or crews, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Lead Commercial HVAC installations from start to finish Install and replace split systems, package units, RTUs, furnaces and heat pumps Read blueprints, plans and specifications Plan daily work, materials and manpower Install and lay out ductwork and sheet metal Direct, train and work alongside installers/helpers Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure quality, safety and job completion What We're Looking For 5+ years of HVAC installation experience Experience as a Lead Installer, Foreman or leading crews/jobs Strong HVAC installation and change-out knowledge Ability to confidently read blueprints and plan installation work Ductwork and sheet metal experience Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license EPA certification preferred Why Comfort Systems?
