Job description Seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented technical support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for solving technical issues. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with customers providing troubleshooting assistance, product guidance, and exceptional support. HVAC Technical Support Job Duties Respond to customer technical concerns or questions via phone and/or email. Maintain a high level of customer service when addressing customer problems via phone or email. Ability to answer technical questions the sales team may have both quickly and reliably. Any other tasks as assigned by company management. Qualifications Formal Mechanical Skills Familiar with usage of a voltmeter Comfort using phone and email to communicate with customers, coworkers, and vendors. Customer service experience a plus. Preferred HVAC experience but not required
