Journeyman HVAC Service Technician / Installer Up To Par Heating & Air LLC is looking for an experienced Journeyman HVAC Service Technician / Installer to join our growing team. We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and provides exceptional customer service.

Service Area:

Northern Kentucky & Greater Cincinnati Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, and related equipment. Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections. Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers. Complete digital service tickets accurately and professionally. Maintain a clean work area, professional appearance, and positive attitude. Follow all safety procedures and local HVAC codes. Qualifications Journeyman-level HVAC experience. Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service and installation experience preferred. EPA Certification (Required). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience. Performance bonuses available. Flexible scheduling.
