We are committed to delivering efficient, professional-quality customer experiences and are seeking top-notch Journeyman HVAC Service Technicians to join our dynamic and passionate team.
Complete HVAC repairs, maintenance, and other related in-home service calls for both commercial and residential customers. Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of HVAC systems. Establish customer rapport and recommend the right products and services. Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans. Exceed revenue goals and maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck. Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats. Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
Required Experience:
3 or more years of HVAC service experience Active Kentucky HVAC Journeyman's License Valid driver's license and clean driving record Preferred Experience Intermediate knowledge/use of industry standard software (I.E Service Titan, or other related systems) Benefits:
