This is not your typical HVAC service role. Schedule Monday-Friday schedule Typical work week: 40-50 hours Limited on-call rotation No regularly scheduled Sunday work Saturday work is rare and generally reserved for emergency situations Leadership actively works to minimize after-hours service calls Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Commission and start up newly installed equipment Lead service calls and complex troubleshooting projects Support installation teams and mentor less experienced technicians Maintain accurate service documentation and customer communication Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers and team members Qualifications Journeyman HVAC experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Experience with residential HVAC service and repair Ability to work independently and manage service calls Strong customer service and communication skills EPA Certification preferred Experience with geothermal, controls, and IAQ systems is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Benefits & Perks Company-provided take-home vehicle Paid training and continuing education Professional development opportunities Supportive leadership team Stable workload and year-round employment Opportunity to work with advanced HVAC technologies Team-oriented culture focused on quality workmanship What they offer: Compensation $75,000 - $85,000yr ~Compensation is based on experience, certifications, and overall qualifications.
