• Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair
• Troubleshoot complex system issues using your technical knowledge and experience
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain options and recommend solutions
• Accurately complete all service and repair documentation
• Train and mentor junior or apprentice technicians
• Represent the company professionally in the field
• Operate company vehicle and tools with care and responsibility
• Participate in on-call emergency service rotations
• Work safely in varying weather conditions and confined spaces Qualifications
• 5+ years of HVAC service or installation experience (Required)
• Valid EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling Certification (Required)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong understanding of HVAC codes and electrical/refrigeration principles
• Motivated, dependable, team-oriented, and drug-free
